Sales and hours of operation
We attend many physical shows and take all our merchandise with us. Please check our event page and refrain from making purchases on those days. This is to prevent over lapping of sales on these days. Availability of all merchandise will be updated the next day. If you happen to make a purchase on these days and the item is still available the next day your purchase will be honored. If the item was sold, we will contact you to make a similar custom piece or refund your payment. We are sorry about any inconvenience and are looking into a better way to serve you in the future. Other than our event days the shop is open seven days a week, but sales will be processed daily Monday through Friday between 9 am and 6 pm. you will be sent a tracking number to trace you package. We do try and check our email on weekends along with weekly and try to get back to you within 24 hours. Thank you!
