- Our store is hosted on Go Daddy. They provide us with the online ecommerce platform that allows us to sell out product and services to you.
- ORDERING AND PAYMENT
- We must receive payment in full for the price of goods that you ordered prior to our acceptance of your order. Once payment in full has been received by us we shall acknowledge receipt of your order by sending you an email to the email address that you provided in your order form. This does not constitute our acceptance of your order.
- Our acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the goods ordered unless we have previously notified you that we do not accept your order in accordance with the cancellation clause below.
- Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. We do not accept orders from persons under the age of 18 or from persons who are unable or not authorized to enter into a legally binding contracts through this site.
- We do not process or hold any payment details. Customers who pay for goods both on and online will do so with payment options noted in your shopping cart. other payment arrangements may be made offline by emailing us.
- We reserve the right not to accept your order if:
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have requested.
- We do not deliver to your area.
- One or more of the items you ordered was priced incorrectly due to a typographical error or resulting from a fluctuation in the prices of precious metals or gems.
- 4. If we do not accept your order, we will notify you by email or telephone and we will credit your account with any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.

CANCELLATION, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
You may cancel your order with us for the goods you have purchased at any time up to the close of business on the third working day from the date you received confirmation of your order. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your order and we will not charge any penalty. If you do not cancel you order by the end of the 3rd business day after email confirmation, we will ship your order on the 4th business day after you received your email confimation.

TO RETURN YOU GOODS
Please email us at BrendaHowell@dreamoutloudshop.com or telephone us at 256-980-4523 by close of business within seven working days of receiving your purchase.
The shipping and postage receipt for returning the package must be returned by you. The goods must be packed securely when returning the goods. We are not liable to refund you any moneys if the goods are returned to us broken or damaged. Once we have received the goods, we will refund you the amount due to your credit card within 30 business days. Please note delivery charges will not be refunded.
We will do repairs on any product that has been purchased from us free of charge as long as all pieces are returned. If pieces are missing, there will be a fee to replace them. If we do not have the parts to replace them, we will contact you with other ideas of replacement for your approval.
Any shipping and postage receipt for returning goods must be returned by you. Once the repairs are completed the goods will be returned with free shipping.
